Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a dynamic architecture business in their search for an Executive Assistant to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who genuinely cares about its employees and has a beautiful studio space.
You will be working alongside a successful CEO and take on the responsibility of managing appointments, events, scheduling, and operational duties. The business is looking for someone extremely well organised who is an excellent communicator.
Despite being well-established within the industry, the business has retained a 'start-up' feel which encourages collaboration and creativity. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO diary, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled accurately and efficiently. Provide solutions where needed.
Management of the Founder’s inbox to ensure nothing is missed and tasks are delegated where required.
Greet and welcome senior clients to the office.
Maintain open lines of communication with senior clients, coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
Provide support in overseeing the daily operations of the business and management of company objectives. This includes assisting with project management and coordinating with various team members.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Support office administrative tasks.
Required Experience:
3 years minimum experience within an Executive Assistant role for a Founder or CEO.
Experience working in an interior design or architecture business.
Excellent organisation skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen eye for detail and knack for efficiency.
Confidentiality and discretion at all times.

: £40,000 to £50,000
