About the position
We require an enthusiastic Executive Assistant/Administrator to provide high quality support to a team of our consultants.
Salary
: £37,000
Benefits
: Company pension, Bupa private medical insurance, 25 days' holiday plus public holidays
Hours
: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm - onsite at our offices in Worsley, Manchester. There is no option for hybrid work for this position.
Responsibilities
Assisting a team of skilled consultants, directors and employment lawyers you will be:
Preparing accurate letters, proposals and reports
Managing diaries, arranging appointments and booking lunches
Protecting the interest of Collinson Grant and our clients
Ensuring processes are completed in full and correctly from start to finish
Organising travel and hotel accommodation
Maintaining databases and data cleansing
Ensuring standards of written work and service to customers are always maintained
Liaising with clients
Answering the telephone
Photocopying and binding
Helping to organise events
Supporting other administrators
Assisting with the management of our facilities
Generating CVs for internal recruitment positions
About you
You must:
have a hands-on approach to work and be willing to assist with a range of tasks
be able to work to tight deadlines and to prioritise your workload
have excellent communication skills
be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and be proficient in the rest of the Microsoft Office programmes. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign would be good
have a flexible approach to workload and hours of work
be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
be educated to A-Level and GCSE (B grade and above) standard and ideally have a degree
be able to produce excellent quality written work
be looking for a long-term position
have a high attention to detail.
