The Examinations Officer is responsible for the efficient coordination and administration of all aspects of the examination process within ESL. This includes managing examination schedules, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with partners` examination regulations and policies, and providing support to candidates throughout the examination period.Examination Planning and Coordination:Develop and implement detailed examination schedules, ensuring optimal use of resourcesCoordinate examination logistics, including the distribution of examination materialsPolicy Compliance:Stay updated on partners` examination policies and guidelines to ensure complianceImplement and communicate examination policies and proceduresStudent Support:Provide information and support to candidates regarding examination processesHandle inquiries and concerns related to examinations promptly and professionallyData Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of examination-related information, including candidate details, results, and feedbackGenerate reports as required for internal and external stakeholdersCollaboration:Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate examination activitiesLiaise with external examination boards, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to external regulations and policiesTechnology Utilization:Utilize examination management systems and software for scheduling and result processingEnsure the security and confidentiality of examination-related dataAbout YouQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree (preferred in a relevant field)Previous experience in examination administration or a related role is preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracyProficiency in using examination software and Microsoft Office SuitePersonal Attributes:Integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentialityProblem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressureFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentStrong team player with the ability to work independentlyAttractive SalaryAnnual leave (5.6 weeks) including bank holidaysWorkplace pension scheme (NEST)Statutory sick payStatutory maternity/paternity payCareer development opportunitiesTraining and self-development.
