Examinations and Data Officer
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Examinations and Data Officer to join our dedicated Enrolments and Examinations team.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the entry, processing and maintenance of examination, registration and assessments; this will include the recording and receipt of entries and the preparation and distributing of all appropriate paperwork, including the setting up of examinations with the team.
Duties will involve:
Planning and scheduling formal examinations (in line with external quality standards) including invigilation and access arrangements.
Assisting the Team Leader in the preparation and publication of Examination timetables and the Examinations annual calendar.
Liaising with College invigilators to ensure that examinations are appropriately staffed
Working with the team to ensure that papers are dispatched on time and accurately
Dealing with student enquiries face to face and on the phone
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
L2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English - essential
NVQ Level 3 IAG - desirable
Experience of using database systems - essential
Excellent customer service skills - essential
Experience of working within an education environment - essential
Proven organisation and administrative skills - essential
