Events Officer

My client is a leading Wealth Manager who is looking to hire an Events Officer.
This is a newly created role for someone who is experienced in event coordination and planning.
The majority of their marketing budget is focused on events, with the primary purpose of providing the opportunity for their client facing staff to meet clients in a less formal environment. Therefore, you will play a key role in increasing their brand presence across their target audiences.
Responsibilities include:
Managing guest lists
Liaising with our investment management teams to drive engagement with the events platform
Organising invites
Liaising with venues and caterers
Maintaining accurate records of event attendance
Developing and promoting the use of CRM (and/or other tools to manage our invitation process) internally for events
Maintaining records of expected and actual costs for budgeting purposes
Providing detailed analysis of event attendance
Experience within Wealth management is highly admirable, although financial services exposure will still be considered. You need to be able to develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships. Multi-tasking ability is also essential.
