Events Executive Chef

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to join this prestigious events company in South West events company.
Our client is an Events Company delivering amazing experiences from music venues to museums, offices to residences including pop-up venues to beautiful gardens!

THE ROLE
Fully responsible for the provision of seasonal food in a contemporary style in line with the company brands, whilst ensuring that all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety. Responsible for the full management of the chefs, kitchen, and the kitchen team. Reporting into the CPU Executive chef. Work with team on site to deliver all budgetary targets and provides high standards of customer service. Working with the Operations director to builds strong relationship with the client. To work on a shift basis as required by the business. Also, a key part of the role is to work with the CPU Executive chef to ensure the Ultimate experience production is produced and delivered on time on the summer and winter event runs.
Responsibility:
Lead and motivate the kitchen team
Design and execute world-class fine dining dishes
Train and develop Junior members of staff
Oversee day-to-day running of the kitchen and events
A hands-on role, leading the team from the front

Requirements:
Previous Head Chef experience in a similar setting
Senior Chef experience in a Michelin star restaurant
Great communication and management skills
Passion for high-end cuisine
Experienced in kitchen financials
