About the Role The Events Coordinator role is a central role in the PXC marketing team reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Content.This role will work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams and will be responsible for executing events, hospitality and sponsorship activity across PXC. This includes engaging with agencies and the execution of events and briefing delegates and stakeholders. What you will be working on
Working with the marketing team to prepare budgets, setting deadlines, creating concepts and identifying the objectives of the event.
Implementing budget, invoicing and logistics
Selecting and negotiating with vendors and monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
Managing the promotions, communications and branding aspects of the event
Resolving problems and guest inquiries before and during the event
Stakeholder engagement - Preparing reports and making a presentation to stakeholders after the event
Print & Design management.
Delegate management including registration management, response handling to event email accounts, maintain and updating database.
Finance management to include purchasing, quotation creation and invoicing.
Administration to include compilation of critical paths, contact reports after meetings, technical running order, event brief, etc.
Online event management on platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, GoToWebinar etc. (including occasional evenings)

Ability to research, understand, evaluate opportunities and solve problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An ability to work on multiple projects.
A team player with an ability to forge and manage relationships with colleagues, suppliers and client. Key Skills/Criteria Event Management or Marketing Degree/3rd Level Qualification
or A minimum of 2 years Event Management experience – both in person and online events in current or previous employment
Experience in Pardot, digital marketing and social media
