With a foothold in the leisure and hospitality industry, they have been incredibly successful in expanding their brand.With their venues having hosted events such as seasonal corporate parties, team days, and social events, they are looking to expand upon this to further their success.THE ROLETo spearhead their expansion into the events industry, they are looking for an Event Sales Manager who will help pave the way for events to be held across all of their key target centres. The responsibilities for this role will include:Developing sales & marketing strategiesEnsuring return investment for key projectsHandling events communications with teamsProactively seeking new businessWorking closely with upper managementIdentifying opportunities for growthConducting market researchTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sales within a hospitality and/or leisure environment. An understanding of the events industry is essential, with the ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
