YES Academy LTD is looking to recruit an Admin/Events Assistant to join their team.

Job Description:
You will work as part of our Admin and Events team supporting them to deliver first-class service to our clients.
This is a varied role where no two days would be the same. One day you could be at one of our events supporting our clients, the next you could be working in the office carrying out administrative tasks. We run events almost weekly, these are normally in-house, however, we also hold external events and travel for events too.
Event and admin tasks include:
Setting up for the event prior to the day
Hospitality tasks
Supporting the events
Checking guests in
Ensuring our catering area is kept clean and topped up
Liaising with our suppliers
Supporting any needs of the training team at the event
At external events, you would be required to liaise with the events team to ensure the event is set up correctly and all the needs of the training team are met
Administrative duties relating to our clients and events include making phone calls, answering emails, booking clients on to events, ordering stock and raising invoices.
Working Hours:
We would be open to looking at a part-time /Job share role for the right candidate.
The core working hours will be 9-5 Monday to Friday.*
However, on event days you will be required to work outside of these core hours.*
There are also opportunities for overtime or time back in lieu.*
The earliest start for any shift is 08:00, and the latest would be 19:00.*
The ability to be flexible and available for weekend, early and late shifts is desirable.*
Office based in Cambuslang in Glasgow. Remote working will not be possible for this role.
Experience working in an Admin or Events setting is desirable, however, full training will be given. It would be beneficial to the role if you were a driver and had access to a car however this is not essential.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise own workload.
Salary Starting at £19,000 per annum Full Tim and Part time Pro rata
