Events and Compliance Executive

Camberley - Hybrid working.

Salary - �40k

Contract - MAT Cover - Immediate start until September 2024

Are you ready to support strategic initiatives and ensure compliance within a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a motivated individual to assist in the planning, execution, and compliance of events and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Support Marketing and Professional Affairs departments in strategy implementation while meeting compliance requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing and compliance documentation.
  • Supervise adherence to Promotional Practices Policy and assist with filings.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong compliance experience, more important that events experience.
  • Experience in marketing and event management preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Self-motivated team player with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages a plus.
  • Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office suite.
