Event Security Officer

Following an exciting contract award to provide event security at the Royal Albert Hall, SecuriGroup is seeking experienced and flexible Event Security Officers to join their events team working in prestigious and iconic venues across London. Officers must demonstrate our values of Loyalty, Integrity and Professionalism while delivering a high standard of service and security.As an experienced Event Security Officer, you will apply strong customer service and incident management skills quickly and effectively to create safe and managed outcomes. A key part of this role is the ability to absorb and react to information promptly and efficiently, provide a high level of customer service, recall building and event knowledge accurately and ensure relevant information is escalated accordingly.The ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment whilst maintaining high service standards will set you apart. You will have commitment to crowd safety and management and display a real passion for providing excellent customer service to visitors and audiences.
