Your New RoleWe work across the UK and have a growing roster of events in Europe. As a Production Manager you will work closely with our creative teams and engage with clients from pitch to delivery. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting and documenting shows as well as overseeing technical delivery on site. This role involves a significant amount of travel and working outside of ‘normal’ office hours.Your Salary and Contract£30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.Full time permanent contractOur Culture and EnvironmentWe’re a friendly lot, we enjoy socialising and having a laugh while we’re at work. Our office is open plan with lots of natural light and plenty of plants. There’s a big kitchen in the middle for anyone to use, we cook lunches for each other regularly. (And we’ve also been known to have the odd party there too!)There’s no dress code, but we do have occasional (optional) fancy dress days. We have an annual awards ceremony for our crew, as well as lots of little socials throughout the year. Ultimately, our goal is to help end homelessness and reduce inequality by supporting people to access work that works for them. To do our best by people, we need to do our best by the planet too. That’s why we are aiming for Net Zero by 2030, working in partnership with our clients to drive down carbon and reduce waste wherever we can.
What you’ll be doing Responsible for the delivery of multiple events throughout the year Creating and maintaining organised documentation for all shows (Contracts, RAMS, Schedules, ESG reports) Preparing, booking and communicating schedules, requirements, execution plans and individual responsibilities to team members, vendors and venue partners Producing and developing technical schematics and floor plans (we use the BeMatrix system a lot!) Overseeing technical delivery on site from fit-up to get-out Management of on-site personnel (Stitch staff, temporary labour, promo staff, techs) Producing detailed cost forecasts and ensuring projects are delivered within budget Client liaison, attending meetings and coordinating change management Administration of our industry leading carbon reporting through the use of software (Current RMS, Hubspot) Traveling across the UK to deliver events and meet clients Who you’ll be Client-facing, personable, friendly, polite and tenacious Experience in a technical event production role with management responsibilities A capable people manager, able to communicate well and get the best from people Experience of managing multiple sites simultaneously Interested in technological advancements in events, keento work with and promote cutting-edge technology Experienced CAD user An excellent administrator, highly organised and able to encourage others to be the same A confident driver, able and willing to drive yourself to and from events across the country (using our vans and other vehicles as required) Ethically minded and driven by sustainability, keen to develop and enhance social and environmental impact LocationOur address is: Units 1 & 2, St James Mews, 276 St James Road, London SE1 5JXAccessibilityOur office is on the 1st floor and accessed via a staircaseFlexible WorkingTalk to us about how you work best.This role requires a large degree of flexibility to deliver successfully.
