Event Operations Supervisor

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.
As the Events Operations Supervisor you will report to the Head of Events Operations and be responsible for key operational tasks for both member and corporate events. Setting up and breaking down all events involving F&B as well as helping to run the events. You will be working on everything from looking after Manor Boardroom bookings to our full Manor End of Summer Party. You must be able to follow instruction, have an eye for detail and high service standards. The role is varied, changeable, challenging but very exciting and rewarding for the right personality and a fantastic opportunity to enrich any hospitality CV.
Who we are looking for
Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
