Rye, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH. Candidates must live within a 1 hour commute of Rye, East Sussex.Salary:
£36,000 - £39,000Hours:
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pmTeam:

Benefits: Performance-related team bonus schemeAccess to a personal 24/7 support programmeComprehensive induction training and ongoing development opportunitiesIncreasing annual leave entitlement based on length of serviceOpportunity to contribute to the organisation's future and success through your ideas and suggestionsEmployee appreciation events What you'll be doing:Taking ownership of projects from start to finish, managing every aspect of event planning and executionActing as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with them to understand their objectives and deliver exceptional experiencesDemonstrating strong financial acumen by handling budgeting responsibilities in multiple currenciesCrafting event concepts that align with client objectives and themesNegotiating with various stakeholders including hotels, venues, and suppliersManaging and supporting both internal and external team members working on the projectsBeing present on-site during events to ensure smooth operationsDelivering comprehensive reporting and analytics to evaluate event successWhat we're looking for:Experience in a similar Events Manager role, with a focus on project management and leadershipStrong knowledge of the event industry, including up-to-date trends, technology, and sustainability practisesProficiency in managing complex events, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid formatsExcellent budgeting skills, with experience handling multiple currenciesFlexibility to work irregular hours and travel internationally as required by event demandsProactive, confident, and solution-driven mindsetHighly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skillsFluency in either Spanish or French would be a plusNext steps:If you have the above skills and experience then please apply today.Alternatively, if you know someone who may be suitable for this role please share the details.
