Events Production ManagerSalary £37,000 - £40,000East Grinstead, West SussexA thriving organisation within the consumer travel and leisure space, have an opportunity for an experienced Events Manager to join their marketing team . You will need experience of organising outdoor and pop-up events across the UK, for this Events Manager job.Key responsibilities include:Lead on the Production of outdoor events, managing event schedules and timelines.Produce and manage Event Safety Plans and Assessments, working with relevant Safety Advisory Groups (SAGs) and the internal Health & Safety manager.Work with key stakeholders and clients, contractors to ensure smoo.th running of events.Manage the project budget for contractors, venues and suppliers.Act as the lead for sustainability at events and research and develop new opportunities for outdoor events and engagement activities.What you will need for this Events Production Manager job:Proven skills in managing and producing various outdoor events in a customer focusing and commercial environment.Experience of Health and Safety and SAGs, assessing site activities, creating floor plans for outdoor facilities.Budget management experience and exposure and understanding of contract management.Strong communication skills and relationship building.Full UK driving license.Benefits include:25 days holiday, excellent pension, hybrid working, healthcare and other perks.
