Job DescriptionEvents CoordinatorEdinburgh (2 days onsite)Hybrid£30,000A global membership organisation who are paving the way for innovation and continual professional development in their field is looking for an experienced Events Coordinator. The role of Events Coordinator will report to the Membership Engagement Manager and sit within the Marketing and Communications team.You’ll be responsible for:Organising both internal and external events and ensuring the smooth running of all eventsWorking with 3rd party agencies and vendorsEducating and training internal stakeholders with regards to event dutiesOverseeing the events budgetMaintaining strong relationships within internal stakeholdersTo be considered for this role, you will have:Previous experience working in an events role managing events from start to finishExposure to working with 3rd party agencies to ensure the smooth running of eventsStrong stakeholder management experienceStrong communications skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamAt Iconic Resourcing, we understand that not all candidates will meet every desired qualification or skill listed for the job positions posted on behalf of our clients.
