A global logistics and freight forward company is looking for a European Road Freight Sales Manager to help strive the business forward!

The Role

As European Road Freight Sales Manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
You will lead a team of Sales Representatives
Provide training and development
Coordinate with the operations, customs & transport teams
Negotiate new and existing contracts and agreements with clients
Track sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.

Requirements

Proven track record of road freight sales
Experience managing teams of sales people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
