I am recruiting for an Estimator with experience in education and public building who is looking for their next long term role - Salary of �65K

The company -

This contractor has grown considerably over the last few years and is expected to have even further growth and development. The focus on Education and Public Buildings, therefore experience in these sectors will be extremely beneficial to the role. They are based in Kent and being a smaller contractor, they can instil a close culture and teamwork ethos throughout the business.

The role -

In this role you will be expected to carry out standard Estimator duties for multiple of their projects. Such as analysing costs and resolving any costs differences and their risk levels. Gathering the research to carry out effective cost analysis and estimations. In addition to creating and developing relationships with subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders throughout the process of the projects.
