Estimator

A regional tier 1 contractor has asked Hays to conduct a search for an experienced estimator, to join the commercial team to look after the Essex and London regions.I am looking for an Estimator with Residential Fit out and overall house building experience. The ideal candidate should have the following:Tier 1 experienceExperience in dealing with JCT/NEC contractsStrong understanding of Resi marketStrong understanding of house buildingHave experience in management and how to look after a project until completionThe desired Estimator will be required to look after a number of projects until completion and oversee a team of commercial staff. You will be reporting to the Managing Estimator on the project and assisting him take control of the scheme.
