are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for an Estimator to join their company on a full-time, permanent basis in Essex.
My client is an established, independent Electrical, Fire and Security company with over 40+ years' of experience, knowledge and achievement. They provide a comprehensive range of services to commercial customers throughout Essex, London and the Home Counties.
About the role:
Capable of carrying out design analysis from tender information to ensure compliance of fire detection systems
An in-depth knowledge of British standards for fire detection systems
Secure by Design knowledge
CCTV Design planning qualifications
A good knowledge of Access control systems
Estimating projects with values between £10k to £8M
Experience using Simpro software an advantage
Strong communication skills with clients & suppliers
Good experience within the Electrical industry & residential developments
Liaising with main clients concerning projects & RFI's
Attending tender meetings with clients
Submitting in-depth quotations/tenders
Experience:
Experience using Simpro software an advantage
Experience with Design & Build projects an advantage
Remuneration:
Salary between £35k-£50k depending on experience
