Estimator required for our client, a leading independent contractor within the electrical, fire, and security industries, based near Brentwood, Essex.Estimator Position RemunerationSalary £40,000 - £50,000 (guide only - negotiable)8am - 5pm (Mon - Thu), with a 4pm finish on Friday'sBUPA Healthcare providedCompany pension scheme28 day's holiday (20 days + bank holidays)Free onsite parkingOur client has been in business for over 50 years and are consistently expanding their installation and maintenance department, and therefore have opened up the opportunity for an experienced Electrical and/or Fire & Security Estimator to join their successful team.Estimator Position ResponsibilitiesAnalysing a variety of construction proposals and preparing cost estimates for clientsWorking on a range of electrical and fire & security installation projects ranging in value from £10k up to £10mUsing Simpro estimating softwareThe successful Estimator must have a background within the Electrical or Fire & Security industry, and will ideally come from a technical background and have demonstrable hands-on technical knowledge of a range of Electrical and Fire & Security systems.Estimator Position RequirementsDemonstrable background within the electrical, fire & security industry, with previous estimating experience essentialPrevious on-site installation experience and technical knowledge desirableBased within a commutable distance of Upminster, EssexPrevious experience using Simpro software desirableBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
