I have full-time permanent positions, that offer an excellent overall package along with working in a position which will offer genuine career progression. The clients specialize in Mechanical Engineering within Construction.
Main duties:
Day-to-day estimating activities
Generate detailed mechanical take-offs for turnkey commercial projects
Obtaining estimates and prices from suppliers
Creating and delivering tender presentations
Attend site meetings where required both pre and post contract award

Experience & Qualifications
Extensive proven experience in an Estimator or similar position. Experience working on projects Residential, Commercial, and Pharma/Healthcare. Commercial awareness, strong attention to detail, and ability to read plans / do take offs. Ability to manage multiple contracts from inception to final account stage. UK Driving Licence, access to vehicle, MS Office including MS Excel.
