This position would be based out of their Northern offices in Leeds.The suitable Estimator will have previous experience working within a specialist sub-contractor, ideally with products such as glass partitions, architectural glass, glazing, joinery, flooring, drylining etc.Reviewing tender documentation in order to prepare time, cost, materials and labour estimatesAssess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain project costingsLiaising with Contractors/ArchitectsLiaising with other team members where requiredGenerating Project Specific Quotations using WordUpdating in-house CRM system and Estimating Logs;Estimating experience, ideally within a sub-contractorKnowledge of construction products such as, glass, glazing, partitioning, steelwork, doors, acoustics, fire performances etc. would be ideal.Discretionary Bonus Scheme.Option to join Private Medical Scheme following successful completion of probationary period.Life assurance cover after 3 months employment.Annual leave of 28 daysWorking hours: Mon - Thurs 9am - 5:30pm and Friday 9am - 5pmBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
