Estimator Key Accountabilities:

• All Pre Construction Activities


• Take Offs


• Production of competitive tenders


• Subcontract Procurement

Estimator Responsibilities:

• All Estimating activities


• Take Offs


• Construction Plans


• Production of competitive tenders


• Subcontract Procurement


• Send out Enquiries


• Design Meetings


• Work with Subcontractors


• Assist all pre construction activities

Estimator Requirements:

• Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/Degree or equivalent)


• Experienced in civil engineering, utilities, roads, highways, infrastructure etc.


• Excellent communication and people skills
