Estimator

We're seeking an experienced Estimator to become an integral part of our client's dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a Work From Home role with 1 day per week in the office.

Company overview: The company are a family owned regional contractor operating across North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire, the West Midlands, and neighbouring regions. They deliver a wide range of projects including housing developments, educational institutions, commercial offices, industrial units, hospitals, medical practices, and agricultural structures.

The role: As an Estimator you will: Review tender documentation thoroughly, incorporating drawings and technical specifications to generate accurate estimates. Coordinate subcontractor and supplier packages, conducting take-offs and facilitating communication to resolve inquiries. Schedule and conduct site inspections, fostering dialogue with clients, team members, and suppliers. Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to guarantee project excellence. Assess subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance with pricing criteria.

Requirements: Excel skills and familiarity with Causeway estimating software. Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Salary and package: On offer is an excellent salary and package of up to �65,000.
