Estimator

Estimator required for our client, a leading independent contractor within the electrical, fire, and security industries, based near Brentwood, Essex.

Estimator Position Remuneration

• Salary �40,000 - �50,000 (guide only - negotiable)
• 8am - 5pm (Mon - Thu), with a 4pm finish on Friday's
• BUPA Healthcare provided
• Company pension scheme
• 28 day's holiday (20 days + bank holidays)

Our client has been in business for over 50 years and are consistently expanding their installation and maintenance department, and therefore have opened up the opportunity for an experienced Electrical and/or Fire & Security Estimator to join their successful team.

Estimator Position Responsibilities

• Analysing a variety of construction proposals and preparing cost estimates for clients
• Working on a range of electrical and fire & security installation projects ranging in value from �10k up to �10m
• Using Simpro estimating software

The successful Estimator must have a background within the Electrical or Fire & Security industry, and will ideally come from a technical background and have demonstrable hands-on technical knowledge of a range of Electrical and Fire & Security systems.

Estimator Position Requirements

• Demonstrable background within the electrical, fire & security industry, with previous estimating experience essential
• Previous on-site installation experience and technical knowledge desirable
• Based within a commutable distance of Upminster, Essex
• Previous experience using Simpro software desirable
