Estimator

A confident Construction Estimator is now needed to join an established fit out company, to support their new office and commercial projects.

The Estimator role will be hybrid, with a mixture of home, office and site based. Office is in South Hampshire.

The Estimator Role

The hands-on Estimator will join a successful team, who have clients within the financial, legal, commercial, retail and media industries.

The Estimator will work with the pre-construction teams and designers. Where they will estimate and provide tenders on several fit out and interior projects, where contract values range from £900K - £5M.

With an eye for detail, the Estimator will be ensuring all relevant documents, spreadsheets and contractual agreements are completed to a strong level.

The Estimator role will be hybrid, with a mixture of home, office and site based. Office is in South Hampshire.

The Estimator

• Clear evidence of tendering projects within the fit out and interior world
• 3+ years’ experience minimum as an Estimator
• Comfortable with various software’s
• Office, Commercial and Retail project knowledge would be good.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Must have access to own car.
