Estimator

 Experienced Estimator with knowledge in groundworks / frame and external works.

QS sufficient to measure and price groundworks, RC frame, external works, road works as well as brick, blockwork and masonry items.

You will need key knowledge of current material, labour rates and adjustments in the market.

You will need to be able to form basic programme and brief labour budgets to form cost to completes at tender stage.

You will need to be confident in precon site meetings to discuss priced work, offer VE options to tenders and communicate well to construction team of works, inclusions and exclusions.

If you are able to generate more work / clients you will be compensated financially.

Head office is based in Stratford with the possibility of working hybrid.
