Estimator/Surveyor - Insurance

The Company:
High quality Construction Company based in the Whitstable covering the South East of England requires an energetic and determined estimator surveyor to join their expanding team This is an outstanding opportunity to develop further experience in the field of construction.
The Role:
The main duties will involve the implementation of Company Systems relating from initial surveys, producing internet based schedule of works, providing quotations,variations and Final Accounts

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Estimating/surveying experience essential �using internet based scheduling of insurance related perils

� and Experience of Using Symbility,Blueprint, Pulse ,360 Global and Evolution scheduling tools

-Preferably with Building related qualification or trade qualification background

-Willing to be hands on in a small but growing business

-Shows initiative and fits in with the company

- Enthusiastic, articulate and motivated

-PC literate
