Estimator - Facilities Management

Building Careers UK are excited to be working with a leading contractor across resource management in the UK, their mission is to offer a complete suite of services in waste, water, and energy management while safeguarding the environment.

They are recruiting for a Facilities Management Estimator to join their business. You'll be working across a range of FM services including:

• Energy management and supply
• Water management
• Low voltage and high voltage power distribution systems
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance
• HVAC
• Fire
• Building fabric

Duties and responsibilities to include:

• Manage the bid and resource co-ordination process
• Preparation of proposal submissions including solution and option appraisal of new methods of FM Service delivery
• Obtaining specialist subcontractor costs.
• Attend site visits as required
• Progressing submitted tenders and assist with tender returns.
• Interactions with client organisations as required, providing meaningful reports.
