We have been developing and maintaining Infrastructure across the UK, Ireland, and Europe over the last 30 years. We specialise in Utilities (Power/Telecoms), Civil Engineering and Infrastructure EV Hub installations. We have built our business on a foundation of expertise, teamwork and providing quality turnkey solutions for our clients that exceed expectations.

Continuing our upward trajectory and continuous pipeline of secured contracts, we are planning to expand and invest across all teams in the coming months. Presently, we require an experienced Estimator to join our site team to work across a diverse range of projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors

• Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame

• Assessing the risk levels associated with a project

• Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done

• Assisting with bids for new contracts

• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs

• Be able to read drawings, client specifications and provide a detailed scope of works with breakdown.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work at all levels

• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

• Good presentation skills both written and verbal

• Ability to prioritise workload, work to tight deadlines

• Demonstrate contractual understanding of buildings contracts

• Minimum 3 years experience

Working hours; Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30pm, early finish at 3:30pm on Friday’s
