Estimating Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading specialist company who are looking for an Estimating Manager.

The company design and install specialist products for the construction industry.

This role will be to manage a team and ensure competitive tenders are delivered and won.

The Estimating Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a team of estimators
• Liasing with sales to provide accurate estimated and support the winning of projects
• Preparing specifications, drawings and visuals
• Drive and manage timescales within the team
• Negotiation with suppliers and developing the supply chain

The Estimating Manager will need:

• A good level of experience of estimating withing the construction industry
• Experience of managing and developing teams
• Good negotiation skills
• Experience of leading and influencing others
• Experience of using CAD
