Estates Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Estates Officer to join our clients management team. You will be responsible for managing the estates team within a hospital environment.
You will be responsible for managing a team to ensure all building maintenance is completed in line with statutory and mandatory standards.
You will assist in implementing and managing the preventative and corrective maintenance programme across the hospitals sites.
To be successful in the role you will have a knowledge of the statutory obligations of a healthcare estates team along with knowledge of the maintenance requirements of a modern hospital. Practical understanding of health and safety is essential.
You will need to have an engineering or building services HNC or ONC/C&G with relevant experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within an established team delivering to the NHS.
Initially a temporary position but a good possibility to become permanent.
