The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.
Due to growth and expansion of the Operations and Estates team, we have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Manager to strategically lead on Estates management, across the trust.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, the Estate Manager will play a leading role in the provision of high-quality, customer-focused estate management provision across our multi academy trust. The postholder will be responsible for the safe and efficientstrategic management, operation and development of all Trust premises related functions and resources including managing capital projects, and management of estates budgets.
To undertake this role successfully you will need to be committed to the provision of a high-quality and sustainable learning environments. The role requires someone with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain strong and effective working relationships.

Salary:
£40,221 - £48,474 (NJC points 32-40)
Location:
The role will be part of the ATLP Central Services team, flexible and mobile working is encouraged. Travel across ATLP sites is required.

37 hours per week all year round
