It is important that you understand and refer to our values during your recruitment process and beyond!Main duties of the jobBe directly responsible on a day-to-day basis for all Mechanical services which are owned or operated by East and North Herts NHS Trust .Provide professional advice and support on Estates & Facilities to the Trust Executive, other Senior Managers, Clinical colleagues and external stakeholders, to include the interpretation and application of policies, legislative changes, guidance and best practice.Guarantee the provision of a highly responsive Estates service to all areas of the Trust to ensure the Trust’s performance requirements are actively supported.Ensure that all Estates & Facilities’ services are designed, developed, and delivered with the patient as a customer.Work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Estates & Facilities, to assist in the strategic management and operational performance of the Estates & Facilities Departments.Working for our organisationAt East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, we are proud of the range of general and specialist services we provide and our 6,000 or so dedicated staff ensure our patients get the best care.
