My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join their team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong trade knowledge.
Duties:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Utilize logic controllers and read electrical schematics to diagnose and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
