Venn Group are working with large public sector organisation to secure the services of an Estates Maintenance Manager to lead their busy Estates Teams
Hourly pay: £30 per hour
Duration: temporary to permanent
Location: West London
The successful candidate will:
Oversee the estates teams and take on responsibility for line management of supervisors
Ensure agreed SLA's and KPI's are consistently met, and performance / development reviews are carried out
Review and audit plant room inspection sheets and maintain records, providing reports when requested
Review performance data of works undertaken
Liaise with managers, staf
