We're looking for a competent and knowledgeable Estates Infrastructure Manager to join our friendly and dynamic team! You will be integral in the delivery of estates obligations to meet the digital requirements of a wide range of capital and construction projects in line with Trust's capital plan and estates strategy. The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of a communications infrastructure to enable the digital team to carry out the Trust Vision with the best digital technology. You will be the interface between the Estates & FM department, the Trusts wide-ranging stakeholders, the ICT department and the external design teams and contractors to ensure all schemes are delivered in accordance with agreed specifications, timeframes and buildings.We are looking for candidates with the following:- a background in physical communications and digital requirements- experience of producing technical specifications in relation to physical communications infrastructure- the ability to provide judgements on a wide range of highly complex IT related issues- specialist knowledge of technological developmentsPersonal Skills/Qualities- Previous project management experience- Self-motivated and organised- Time management- Communication skills, written and verbal.- Effectively prioritise and manage own workload- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across a range of clinical and corporate teams, services and agenciesMain duties of the jobParticular focus is on developing and maintaining the Trusts infrastructure specifications, ensuring adherence to Trust specifications and policies and checking governance is correctly carried out, and recorded for audit purposes.The post holder will require excellent communication skills and an ability to engage a large stakeholder group at different levels and within different care settings.
