Estates Surveyor
My client based in the South West England is currently looking for an Estates Surveyor to join their team and manage their corporate property portfolio managing a variety of assets management and estates matters.
Essential Requirements:
Estate management of a commercial property portfolio (public buildings, libraries, leisure centres, office blocks).
Ability to negotiate and liaise on rent reviews, lease renewals and licence terms.
Experienced managing acquisitions and disposals.
Prepare asset valuations and negotiate business rates.
MRICS qualified is beneficial but not essential.
Job Details:
Location : South West England
Rate : £ Negotiable DOE
Start Date : ASAP
Working Pattern : Hybrid
