Service Care Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Estate Officer - Cleaner to join our client in Sutton. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of external areas within the estate, contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of residents.Responsibilities:Moving Furniture: Assist in the movement and arrangement of outdoor furniture and fixtures as required.Sweeping and Mopping: Perform regular sweeping and mopping of designated areas to maintain cleanliness.Litter Picking: Conduct routine litter picking activities to keep the estate free from debris.Rotating Bins: Manage waste disposal by rotating bins and ensuring timely emptying.Weeding: Identify and remove weeds from outdoor areas to enhance the appearance of the estate.Sweeping Kerbs: Keep kerbs clean and free from debris to maintain a tidy and safe environment.Requirements:Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred but not required.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.Full UK Driving License.
