Estate Manager for a leading Property Management CompanyExcellent salary + benefitsAbout Our ClientOpportunity for an Estates Manager to work for a leading Property Management company to oversee a multi tenanted Estate in the Heart of Birmingham.Job DescriptionWorking on behalf of the landlord you will be responsible for managing the services and operations for a mixed-use estate in Birmingham. To ensure compliance is met with all statutory regulations, internal policies and procedures, and best practice with a heavy focus on the consistent delivery of first-class customer service to occupiers.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and health, safety, environment and security standards working closely with the Operations Manager.Acting as a visible ambassador for the Estate, driving standards, leading by example, and creating a happy, focused, expert and connected team.Managing Client and occupier expectations in a clear and consistent manner, having regard to set financial limits.Agreeing, monitoring and managing all budgets to ensure costs, quality standards and efficiencies are appropriately balanced to achieve the highest levels of standards and service.Driving occupier engagement on the Estate and building strong relationships across the Estate to assist in occupier retention and wider asset management goals.The Successful ApplicantExperience working within a Managing Agent, preferably associated with retail, office and residential properties.IWFM Membership, IOSH, NEBOSHExcellent working knowledge of current statutory legislation and regulations, especially with regard to Health, Safety and Environment.Proven knowledge and experience of managing service partner performance levels through KPI's / SLA's(e.g. M&E, security and cleaning)Proven experience of managing large, complex flagship buildings and estates. Direct involvement in managing retail and leisure properties previously would be a bonus.Problem solving skills to continue to match resources to achieve various service requirements.dimensions outlined above).Demonstrable knowledge of service charges and budgeting techniquesProven track record in managing on site teams Michael Page is part of the PageGroup.
