I have partnered with a real estate brand who are looking for an Estate/Property Manager to join their team. This is a very exciting, newly created role to look after a predominantly retail/F&B location as well as a small public realm in London. The estate itself is a beautifully designed intimate hive of activity.

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Facilities Manager, day to day duties include:
Communicating and engaging with tenants, site staff, contractors and consultants
Monitoring and controlling all expenditure, including service charge
Liaising with internal H&S, Facilities and other internal teams to ensure estate is compliant
About you:
Experience within a facilities or mixed use estate/property management role
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable but not essential
Some service charge knowledge/budget management experience
