Position: Estate Management Assistant (3 - 6 month temporary role)
Location: Swansea Enterprise Park
Salary Range: �26,000 - �28,000
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Role Description:
We are seeking a versatile individual to fulfil a pivotal role encompassing accounts-focused tasks and general administrative duties. Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is essential, as the successful candidate will contribute to various aspects of the office operations. This role is for a 3 - 6 month position with a possibility of a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Conducting bank reconciliation
  • Completion of VAT returns
  • Assisting the Company Accountant with administrative tasks related to periodic accounts
  • Managing credit control processes
  • Engaging in general estate management activities involving tenants, suppliers, and contractors

Requirements:

  • Ideally AAT Level 2 or 3 qualified
  • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping
  • Prior use of Sage software is necessary
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Previous exposure to roles combining bookkeeping, administration, and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Flexibility and a willingness to support the team as required
