While possessing qualifications in horticulture is preferred, it's not obligatory as the role offers on-the-job training in horticultural practices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in high-quality gardening, with a preference for prior work in private estate teams.
Responsibilities encompass various tasks including general horticulture, lawn care, chemical applications (requiring certification), seasonal maintenance, and the maintenance of garden features.
