This is a full-time, permeantcontract position located in Troy Mills, Horsforth. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. The salary ranges from £19,800 - £22,500 dependent on experience. Let's talk about the role. It involves1) Maintain open and clear communication with landlords and tenants during tenancy renewals, ensuring prompt responses and obtaining necessary consents.2) Negotiate effectively with both landlords and tenants to secure favourable outcomes for landlords.3) Provide landlords with informed guidance on tenancy issues, assisting in decision-making during renewal processes.4) Exceed set targets for contract renewals and rent increases, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.5) Ensure legal compliance of properties, coordinate with internal departments for pre-renewal reviews, and manage the issuance of relevant legal documents.We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
