My client, a Central London based agency is seeking a highly motivated, telephone-based Sales Executive to join their team.This role is office based and requires someone with Estate Agency experience to discuss property values, market conditions and property insight to potential clients. You MUST have knowledge of the London property market and experience in Estate Agency to be considered.PurposeProvide first class telephone-based sales, answering questions and explaining our service to potential clients. Act as a liaison between the client and the business offering efficient and proactive customer service. Expert in selling products and services to clients to meet their needs.DutiesMeet sales targets and KPI’sProspect with new leads over the telephone to create prospects and drive product salesDemonstrate advanced product knowledge and autonomously keep up to date with market and competitor offeringsProvide first class customer serviceAdhere to company policies, procedures & scriptsMake appointments and manage diaryUpdate CRM accurately, ensuring leads and deals are always kept up to dateUltimate responsibility for own deals in sales pipeline regardless of stageDemonstrate excellent written communication skills and follow up with clients via emailImplement expert negotiation techniquesCommunicate effectively with management team to facilitate decision makingEngage with third party suppliers professionally and build strong working relationshipsProvide feedback to marketing department on lead quality or issuesProactively share knowledge and sales strategy with other team membersTime Oriented, Product & Market Knowledge, Lead Prospecting and Nurturing, Teamwork, Great Written and Verbal Communication, Negotiation Skills, CRM & Pipeline Management, Organisation, Strategy, Diary Management, Target Driven, Customer Service, Problem Solving.This is an office based role, working Monday-Friday.There is also a need to work Saturdays on a rota basis with the rest of the team and this will be worked from home.Previous property knowledge/experience would be advantgeous, but not a requirement.Contact Details: If you are interested in this role as an Branch Manager please contact Jamie Clutterbuck at Rayner Personnel 07437 940091 and forward a copy of your CV ##### Note: Rayner Personnel - Property Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
