ERP Solution Architect
Location: London
Up to £900 p/d Inside IR35
9-12 month contract
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Solution Architect with expertise in ERP modules to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday Financials solutions, with a focus on integrating ERP modules to streamline financial processes within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with ERP modules.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate existing ERP with new ERP modules, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow of information.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants.
Troubleshooting and Support: Address technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ERP releases, new features, and industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and system capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Financials Certification) is a plus.
Proven experience (5 years) working as a Solution Architect, with a focus on implementing and integrating ERP modules.
A bonus would be in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials functionality, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and their integration with Workday Financials.
Strong understanding of financial business processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
