An opportunity for a contractor to join our Enterprise IT team in London IN SHORTThe ERP Programme Manager will spearhead the implementation of SAP, collaborating closely with our SI Implementation Partner. Their mission is to deliver the new SAP application suite on the cloud, which includes S/4HANA, Ariba, Success Factors, Concur, and more. This initiative follows a Greenfield approach. As the Programme Manager, they will represent the Steering Committee, with a special focus on ensuring successful delivery for the Programme Sponsors (CIO and CFO).WHAT YOU WILL DO• Responsible for the overall delivery of the SEFE Group SAP Modernisation programme.• Lead, manage and facilitate internal and external resources to deliver the agreed scope and functional requirement of the SAP Modernisation programme.• Ensure alignment of initiatives with Project Governance and Management Reporting• Manage Enterprise IT and key Senior Business stakeholder expectations and requirements across all locations of the SEFE Group• Build strong and productive relationships with business leaderships across all SEFE-Group companies in different locations.• Ensure the delivery of new products or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan• Prepare the necessary project status reports and keep EVP of Ent IT and other stakeholders informed of project status and related issues.• Manage third party contributions to the programme as appropriate• Ensure professional adherence to the SEFE Group Values and Standards at all times• Deal appropriately with sensitive data• Execute ad-hoc and directed tasks by the EVP of Enterprise IT• Consult with key business stakeholders to understand processes, develop the business case, document requirements, develop specifications and acceptance criteria• Ensure all business change is adequately planned and prioritised. With this plan supported by high level and detailed requirements (stories) and agreed acceptance criteria• Initiate post-implementation reviews to monitor product effectiveness and performanceWHAT YOU WILL BRINGSolid functional knowledge of the SAP suite of applicationsProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is essentialStrong business process knowledge of back-office processes, commodity trading or financial services environmentExcellent Stakeholder management and communication skillsAble to understand business risks, issues and specify IT solutionsDemonstrable experience of coordinating complex projects/initiativesAble to meet tight deadlines and negotiate in a pressurised environmentStrong facilitation and influencing skillsExcellent communication skills e.g. written, verbal and presentationFlexible and willing to travel on occasions (mainly to Germany)At least 15 years’ experience delivering SAP projectsMinimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA as a Programme ManagerExperience in trading / integrated supply and trading and Energy industry would be an advantageExperienced with waterfall and Agile delivery methodologyABOUT USAs an integrated midstream energy company headquartered in Berlin, SEFE Securing Energy for Europe ensures the security of energy supply in Europe and drives the green energy transformation.
