Your role at Fitfactory
Fitfactory is a leading provider of technological solutions to manufacturing businesses, specialising in MRP software Tricorn, and supporting applications. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless implementations, we are seeking a dynamic ERP Consultant to join our professional services team. This role will involve supporting software demonstrations, implementing solutions, and providing hands-on training to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of customer onboarding and product delivery within a structured project environment.
Foster strong client relationships from inception, maintaining clear communication channels throughout engagements.
Facilitate seamless handover of clients to our support department post-implementation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Fitfactory's implementation processes, ensuring timely project delivery to highly satisfied customers.
Adhere to standardised operating procedures for successful software implementations.
Develop and manage customised project plans tailored to individual client needs.
Collaborate with the implementation manager to provide insights for sales and marketing teams.
Develop a deep understanding of Fitfactory products and industry best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Fitfactory products.
Provide confident training and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential business risks.
Document lessons learned to drive continuous service improvements.
Undertake ad hoc implementation team activities as required
What experience you bring
Demonstrable experience leading and supporting customers.
Experience previously working within a manufacturing environment, or coming from a manufacturing background.
Effective communication skills with a focus on customer management and training.
Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Proven experience in establishing customer centric KPIs.
Proficiency in managing multiple short lifecycle implementation projects.
Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including defining goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and managing risks.
Familiarity with collaborative software tools such as MS Teams and Monday.com.
Ability to deliver engaging customer demos, supporting the pre-sales process.

A starting salary of up to £35,000 per annum.

a car allowance provided. (Although the role is remote, we do expect you to be onsite with prospects / customers 2-3 days per week).
