Job DescriptionAbout us:Fitfactory Technology is a leading provider of technological solutions to manufacturing businesses, specialising in MRP software Tricorn, and supporting applications. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless implementations, we are seeking a dynamic ERP Consultant to join our professional services team. This role will involve supporting software demonstrations, implementing solutions, and providing hands-on training to our valued customers. Responsibilities:Take ownership of customer onboarding and product delivery within a structured project environment. Foster strong client relationships from inception, maintaining clear communication channels throughout engagements. Facilitate seamless handover of clients to our support department post-implementation. Demonstrate proficiency in Fitfactory's implementation processes, ensuring timely project delivery to highly satisfied customers. Adhere to standardised operating procedures for successful software implementations. Develop and manage customised project plans tailored to individual client needs. Collaborate with the implementation manager to provide insights for sales and marketing teams. Develop a deep understanding of Fitfactory products and industry best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert on Fitfactory products. Provide confident training and support throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify and mitigate potential business risks. Document lessons learned to drive continuous service improvements. Undertake ad hoc implementation team activities as required. Creative problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in managing multiple short lifecycle implementation projects. Familiarity with collaborative software tools such as MS Teams and Monday.com. Ability to deliver engaging customer demos. Desirable skills:Knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Fitfactory solutions or competitive offerings.
